Terms of use
Current preview policies. Final launch terms are still being prepared.
Private preview
These draft terms describe the current invitation-only development preview of The Deuce, a brand operated by LCJ Pictures LLC, United States. Legal notices and questions about The Deuce may be sent to legal@massacrevideo.tv. No paid subscription is offered in this preview.
Adults only
Access is restricted to invited adults who are at least 18 and meet any higher age requirement where they live. Do not share preview access with minors or anyone who is not authorized to review the service. A preview password does not replace legally required age verification.
Permitted use
Preview access is for personal evaluation and private viewing. You may not redistribute films, capture or republish streams, share access credentials, bypass access controls, or use the service unlawfully. Rights in films and artwork remain with their respective owners.
Availability
This is an unfinished service. Films, metadata, playback, and features may change or be unavailable. Titles in the preview have not yet been approved for the public launch. Preview access may be withdrawn to protect the service or address a rights or safety concern.
Subscriptions
There are currently no charges, free trials that convert to paid service, or automatic renewals. The planned membership prices are $14.99 USD per month or $99.99 USD per year. Before paid enrollment becomes available, checkout and final subscription terms will disclose applicable taxes, renewal terms, cancellation method, refund rules, and billing contact. Recurring charges require express consent.
Streaming stick offer
The standalone price of The Deuce HDMI streaming stick is $34.99 USD. One stick is included with the first annual membership; it is not supplied again at each renewal. A standalone device purchase does not include a streaming subscription. No device orders are accepted in this preview. Shipping is charged separately and paid by the customer for both standalone and included sticks. Shipping rates, taxes, delivery, compatibility, warranty, returns, and the treatment of an included device on subscription refunds will be disclosed before purchase.
Consumer rights and final terms
Nothing in these draft terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The proposed governing jurisdiction is Wyoming, United States, consistent with the operator’s existing terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Final dispute and liability provisions remain under legal review. These draft pages are not a statement that the service is ready for public launch.
