Catalog review
LCJ Pictures LLC confirms that it holds licenses for the films supplied to The Deuce and that the supplied films predate 1995. Film rights remain with their respective owners. The final public program and any applicable territorial restrictions remain subject to catalog review.

Based on the operator’s confirmation that the supplied films predate 1995, the proposed exemption statement is: the depictions in this catalog were produced before July 3, 1995 and are exempt from the recordkeeping requirements under 28 CFR § 75.7(a)(1). This wording remains a draft for legal review and applies only to qualifying pre-cutoff depictions. Any later additions require their own assessment.
Copyright and removal requests
Send copyright, consent, age, or other content concerns to legal@massacrevideo.tv with “The Deuce” in the subject. Identify the film, relevant URL or timestamp, the issue, and a means to respond. Do not send identity documents or sensitive performer records through an unsecured message.

Access by location
Public access requires a jurisdiction review, appropriate age assurance, and any necessary geographic restrictions. An adults-only label, vintage release date, payment, or shared preview password does not by itself establish compliance.
