Scope
This draft notice describes the current private preview. The operator is LCJ Pictures LLC, United States, trading as The Deuce. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@massacrevideo.tv; please identify The Deuce in your message. This notice must be updated before member accounts, age verification, or billing are enabled.
Preview access
The preview uses a signed, HTTP-only cookie named deuce_preview to remember authorized access for up to seven days. Login requests process the submitted preview password. Server and delivery systems process technical request information, including IP addresses, timestamps, browser information, and requested resources, to deliver and protect the service.
Saved films and progress
Your watchlist and playback progress are stored in this browser under deuce.watchlist and deuce.progress. They are not a member account and do not sync between devices. You can remove them by clearing this site’s browser storage. Clearing cookies also signs you out of the preview.
Video delivery
Films and stills are delivered using Bunny.net, and the site is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure. Loading an embedded video communicates with the video provider and may involve its own storage and technical logs. The final privacy notice will document the applicable processing agreements, retention periods, international transfers, and any additional vendors.
Payments and tracking
This preview does not collect payment-card details and has no advertising or analytics integration configured by The Deuce. Age-verification and payment providers have not yet been integrated. Any future non-essential tracking or new use of personal data must be disclosed and, where required, offered only after consent.
Requests and retention
Send privacy requests to privacy@massacrevideo.tv and identify The Deuce as the service concerned. Requests may include applicable access, deletion, correction, objection, and other privacy rights. The retention schedule and request-handling procedures remain under review before public launch. Do not email identity documents unless a secure verification process has been arranged.
